Job Summary

You will deliver quality food and beverages while maintaining store cleanliness and following health and safety guidelines in a fast-paced environment, ensuring excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and courteous customer service to all customers, maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment
• Prepare and serve quality beverages and food products following health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures, including accurate cash handling and store cleanliness
• Maintain efficiency and focus while working under high pressure and fast-paced conditions
• Create a warm and friendly atmosphere by engaging customers with positive energy and spirit
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English to assist customers and team members
• Accept and apply customer feedback constructively to improve service quality

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is advantageous but not required
• Outgoing and bubbly personality to enhance customer interactions
• Ability to start work immediately is preferred
