Sales Support Executive

• Up to S$4,000 basic + AWS + Bonus

• 5 days’ work week, Mon-Fri, 8.30 am. to 5.30 pm

• Tuas

We’re looking for a Sales Support Executive to support our Sales team throughout the journey from customer order to vehicle delivery.

You’ll coordinate sales orders, vehicle allocation, documentation, pricing, reporting, invoicing, registration and delivery, working closely with Sales and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage customer sales orders and documentation accurately and efficiently.

• Monitor vehicle availability, order status and delivery timelines.

• Maintain accurate sales and customer information in SAP, Salesforce, CRM and other systems.

• Support vehicle allocation, pricing, invoicing, registration and delivery coordination.

• Prepare sales reports, trackers and management information.

• Support quotations, costing and special deal submissions.

• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Operations and other stakeholders to resolve issues and prevent delays.

• Support process improvements and maintain high standards of data accuracy.

Key Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain

• 1–3 years in Sales Support/Administration, Order Management, Sales Operations in Automotive or commercial-vehicle industry.

• Experience supporting sales orders, vehicle registration, invoicing, inventory or delivery processes would be advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications.

• Experience with SAP, Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP systems is advantageous.
