Responsibilities

• Accountableto the Fleet Manager in preparation for crew change plan and rotation plan ofrehirable crew.
• As aFleet Member, he/she shall assist FM in implementing Company SMS Manual. He/She shall with his best endeavour to advise FM inrelation to performance of the assigned vessels.
• Anyothers matters from the Fleet Group, he/she shall liaise with the CrewingManager.
• Preparesline-up for approval of the Crewing Manager.
• Maintenanceof crew personal data and planning crew change.
• Checksthe validity of crew travel documents, STCW certificates and licenses.
• Checkswhether an ex-crew is re-hirable based on previous appraisal ratings.
• Arrangefor crew pre-employment medical examinations.
• Processingof travel documents, visa application, air ticketing and arranging for crewpre-employment medical examination for crew employed directly.
• Preparationof Seafarers Contract of Employment in consultation with Crewing Manager.
• ArrangeMasters and Chief Engineers briefing in Singapore.
• Liaisingwith crew suppliers.
• Compilationof crew P&I insurance claims.
• Checkingof monthly invoices.
• Supervisionof the Crew Executives and Assistants.
• Anyother duties as directed by the Crew Manager.
