KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Executive & Personal Branding: Develop a strong and distinctive personal brand for a real estate professional, translating their expertise, personality, values and perspectives into content that audiences can connect with and trust.

- Develop and manage content strategy and calendar across all socials

- Have a strong ability to develop deep, meaningful storytelling while adapting it to the fast-paced nature of social media — creating strong hooks, building curiosity, maintaining audience retention, and delivering a satisfying takeaway.

- Create and/or coordinate short-form videos, Reels, Stories, carousels, graphics, and YouTube content.

- Repurpose long-form YouTube content into Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other social content to maximise each piece of content.

- Track and analyse performance across all socials
