• Welcome customers and provide friendly and professional service.
• Assist customers with menu selection and order taking.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Prepare tables, dining areas, and service stations before and during operations.
• Support kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation when required.
• Ensure food orders are delivered accurately and promptly.
• Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and other restaurant supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Respond to customer requests and feedback in a polite manner.
• Work closely with the cashier, kitchen team, and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow company SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and Halal requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates and candidates without experience are encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-focused personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work effectively in a team.
• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a busy and fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Physically fit and comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia; basic English is an advantage

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
