Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the EPC project mechanical inspection, FAT, Preservation & equipment performance test.
Mentor mechanical inspectors related to equipment alignment, inspections, preservations etc.,
Review vendor equipment data sheets, FAT, performance reports, ITPs and other documents.
Prepare, review project specific Quality procedures related mechanical in compliance to project specifications.
Interface with Class, Client, and Third-Party Inspection Agencies.
Establish and implement project preservation program.
Preparation and review of Inspection and test plan.
Identifying alignment related issues and resolving it.
Calibration and control of all inspection instruments.
Managing the mechanical equipment related inspections, ensuring that the inspection and test records are submitted for approval progressively
Job Requirement:
Degree / Diploma in Mechanical engineering
10 years' experience in Equipment (rotating & stationary) installation, alignment inspections, FAT, preservation etc., in EPC projects.
