• Develop and manage NAI’s overall media and digital marketing strategy.
• Plan and produce engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, LinkedIn and the firm’s website.
• Create short videos, legal awareness content, interviews and coverage of firm activities.
• Manage content calendars and ensure consistent and professional branding across all platforms.
• Utilise AI and emerging technologies to improve content creation, research, editing and marketing efficiency.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns and generate quality enquiries for the firm.
• Monitor engagement, advertising performance and audience growth, and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Coordinate media interviews, speaking engagements, seminars and community programmes.
• Respond professionally to online comments and enquiries before directing potential clients to the relevant team.
• Collaborate with lawyers and staff to transform legal knowledge into clear, practical and engaging content.
• Ensure all published materials comply with applicable legal-profession advertising rules and protect client confidentiality.
• Propose and implement fresh ideas to strengthen the visibility, digital presence and reputation of NAI and its lawyers.

Ideal candidate:

• Creative, confident with social media and video production, comfortable appearing behind or in front of the camera, able to work independently, and willing to adapt to AI and emerging technology.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
