Responsibilities
Salary: $15/hour
Working Arrangement: Up to 5 days per week (Comprising both Weekdays and Weekends deployment, 40 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
* Educate members of the public on identifying eligible Beverage Container Return Scheme (BCRS) containers
* Guide residents on the correct use of Reverse Vending Machines (RVM)
* Encourage proper recycling behaviour and answer basic public queries
* Monitor RVM usage and flag operational issues to supervisors or vendors
* Maintain a positive, approachable, and neat appearance at all times
* Ensure the deployment area remains tidy and safe
Work Requirements
* Able to commit for the full 3-month period
* Willing to work evenings and/or weekends, with flexibility to accommodate last-minute schedule changes based on deployment requirements
* Comfortable standing for extended periods in public-facing environments
* Punctual and committed
Requirements & Skills
* Friendly, confident, and comfortable engaging the public
* Basic understanding of recycling or environmental initiatives preferred (training will be provided)
* No prior experience required; customer service or outreach experience is an advantage
