Are you a personable and highly organized professional with a passion for delivering exceptional client service? Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a Receptionist & Office Operations Executive to serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
Job Responsibilities:
Manage reception operations, including calls, visitor registration, access cards, and meeting room bookings
Coordinate meeting and event logistics
Ensure all reception, meeting spaces, lounge areas, and workstations are clean and fully equipped
Oversee pantry and office supplies and equipment maintenance in collaboration with facilities and service providers
Handle administrative tasks
Support firm-wide events and Business Development activities
Provide general office support, troubleshoot operational issues, and undertake ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
Min GCE "O" levels and above
At least 3 to 5 years of receptionist experience
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft office
Additional Information:
Working hours: 930am to 630pm
Mondays to Fridays
