Position Title: Sales Assistant
Working Location: Singapore Islandwide (Travelling required)
Working Hours: 6 Days per week (9.30am – 9.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + Meal & Transport Allowance + Commission + Variable Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional, proactive customer service and provide suitable product recommendations.
Handle cashiering and payment transactions.
Receive incoming stock, replenish shelves, and ensure proper product display.
Monitor product expiry dates and shelf-life to maintain stock quality.
Pick and pack items according to customers’ orders.
Carry out daily housekeeping to maintain a clean and tidy outlet.
Advise customers on pet care related inquiries
Support other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Able to handle loads up to 10kg (trolley assistance provided)
Willing to travel within Singapore branch when required.
