Apr: Mon - Sat (6 days- full day sat)
May: Mon - Sat (5.5 days - half day sat)

Working Shifts:

Mon - Fri: 10.20am - 7.20pm
Sat: 10.20am - 2.20pm
or
Mon - Fri: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Sat: 8.30am - 12.30pm

️As per assigned by supervisors

Job Scope:
Manage customer registration, queue issuance, and appointment support
Assist with form completion and data entry
Provide assistance with SingPass services and online sales portal usage
Handle general enquiries and frontline customer support

Salary:$15 / HOUR
Gross: 2.6k - 2.8k

️ Requirements:
️IT-savvy
️Familiar with online systems, password resets

️Basic troubleshooting
