Job Description

Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Hotel Receptionist / Front Desk to join our team. If you enjoy interacting with people and creating great guest experiences, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities :

  • Welcome guests and handle enquiries at the front desk
  • Manage room bookings and accommodation arrangements
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and booking enquiries
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth guest stays
  • Handle guest requests and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist with payment collection and prepare daily sales reports
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor when required

Requirements :

  • Able to work on shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willing to work overtime when required
