Key Responsibilities

• Market Growth: Drive sales for our comprehensive range of furniture fittings, hardware, and custom-fabricated solutions within the Malaysia central region renovation ecosystem.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain deep-rooted relationships with Interior Designers (IDs), contractors, furniture manufacturers, and retail partners.
• Product Synergy: Leverage our internal manufacturing capabilities (Diecasting, Electroplating, Plastics) to offer bespoke solutions that competitors can't match.
• Pipeline Management: Utilize our sales tech stack (Boostorder/ERP) to monitor performance and streamline order-to-delivery cycles.
• Team Leadership: Recruit and manage the local sales team to meet and exceed monthly targets.

Who We Are Looking For

• Industry Expertise: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, specifically within the Renovation Supplies, Interior Design, furniture manufacturer or Building Materials industry.
• Network: An existing portfolio of ID firms or renovation contractors in the Klang Valley is a significant advantage.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Malaysian retail trends and the nuances of the local renovation market.

The Role: Why You?

You will report directly to the HQ Sales and Marketing Manager, giving you a seat at the table where your feedback directly influences our P&L and operational strategy.
