Job Scope

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)

• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)

• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)

• May be required to travel on case-by-case basis

• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree Holder with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

• Candidates must be comfortable with working overtime when required and overseas travel (ASEAN).

• Candidate must have knowledge and experience in using incoterms

• Candidate must have experience issuing/generating high volume of Purchase Orders (POs) – min 50 POs/ week

• Candidate must have experience liaising with forwarders for overseas shipments (i.e. import and export)
