We are looking for a Senior Solutions Specialist (People Systems) to support and enhance our global recruitment technology ecosystem, with a primary focus on SmartRecruiters. This role will act as a functional and technical expert, ensuring seamless system performance, driving process optimization, and enabling an excellent hiring experience across the organization.
You will partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, support system enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement of recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and manage People Systems (SmartRecruiters), including incident resolution, change requests, and system enhancements.
- Act as a functional and technical expert for SmartRecruiters and related recruitment technologies.
- Configure and maintain system workflows, business processes, permissions, and integrations.
- Support system testing, validation, and deployment of new features and releases.
- Manage reporting and analytics to support recruitment insights and decision-making.
- Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution within SLA expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and design solutions.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency.
- Develop user guides, documentation, and training materials for system users.
- Support change management activities including communication and user adoption.
- Ensure data integrity, system compliance, and adherence to audit/data privacy standards.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 7–9 years of experience in HR Systems / Talent Acquisition Systems / Recruitment Technology.
- Strong hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters (mandatory or highly preferred).
- Experience in system configuration, workflow setup, and user access management.
- Experience in reporting, analytics, and data management within HR systems.
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition processes.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and UAT.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, global, or enterprise environment.
- Knowledge of HR data governance, audit, and data privacy practices.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Workday Recruiting or other ATS platforms.
- Exposure to HR digital transformation or system migration projects.
- Experience with integration tools or APIs.
- Certification in SmartRecruiters or HR systems is an advantage.
