Full Time IT Audit Manager (Financial Services) Jobs, in Career Channel Federal Territory - Maukerja

JOB PURPOSE

 To provide reasonable assurance on the adequacy, efficiency and effectiveness of the overall control environment in particular in respect of IT systems;

 To act in advisory capacity or due diligence as needed to provide objective and unbiased view on strategic/ operational matters in particular in relation to IT matters.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field.
• Recognized professional certification: CISA (essential), plus CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor.
• Minimum 6–7 years in IT audit, technology risk, or information security roles.
• Preferably gained within insurance, banking, or consulting environments.
• Proven experience in audit execution across multiple domains: IT General Controls (ITGC), IT Application Controls (ITAC), cybersecurity, vendor/ cloud risk.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of BNM RMiT components: governance, technology risk, operations, cybersecurity management, and internal audit expectations.
• Familiarity with frameworks: COBIT, ISO 27001, NIST, RMiT Cloud Guidelines.
• Proficient in Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (e.g., ACL, IDEA, SQL, Excel).
• Solid communication, analytical, stakeholder-engagement skills, with report-writing expertise.
