About the Role
Charge N Go is looking for a Business Administration Intern to support documentation, coordination, and submission work related to local council applications and approvals.
This role is suitable for students from Business Administration, Business Studies, International Business, Office Management, Public Administration, Management, or related fields who are organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning about business operations, local authority submissions, and project support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing documents required for local council submissions and approvals
- Support the tracking and follow-up of submission status with relevant parties
- Maintain proper records, folders, trackers, and documentation files
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and external parties when required
- Assist in compiling forms, supporting documents, and application materials
- Support administrative tasks related to project execution and business operations
- Help ensure documents are complete, accurate, and submitted within the required timeline
- Assist with ad-hoc business support tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, International Business, Office Management, Public Administration, Management, or related fields
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage documents properly
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Able to coordinate with different stakeholders professionally
- Willing to learn about local council submissions, regulatory processes, and business operations
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in administration, documentation, customer service, retail operations, or coordination work
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva, or basic reporting tools
- Strong time management and multitasking ability
- Interest in the EV charging, infrastructure, or sustainability industry
