We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HRMS Software Sales Executive to promote and sell our Human Resource Management System software to potential clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, conducting product presentations, understanding client requirements, and building strong client relationships to support long-term business partnerships.
This role is suitable for someone with strong software sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell HRMS software solutions to potential clients across various industries.
- Identify, develop, and follow up on new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base.
- Conduct product presentations and system demonstrations based on client needs and requirements.
- Understand client business processes and recommend suitable HRMS solutions to meet their operational needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships and repeat business.
- Attend client meetings, business discussions, and on-site consultations when required.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales-related documentation as needed.
- Negotiate with clients and follow up closely to secure successful sales closures.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and after-sales support.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in software solutions, SaaS, IT solutions, or related industries.
- Experience in HRMS system sales will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of client needs with the ability to propose suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with clients.
- Willing to travel to client offices for meetings, presentations, and consultations when required.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- The ideal candidate should have experience selling software or technology-based solutions, with the confidence to engage clients, present system features clearly, and convert business opportunities into successful sales. Familiarity with HRMS, payroll systems, attendance systems, or HR-related software will be highly advantageous
