 Requirement

  • Above 5 years of experience handling full set of account and auditing.
  • CPA/MIA license and 2+ years of related work experience in an international company preferred
  • 2+ years of experience managing employees
  • Be a driven individual able to adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
  • Have strong critical thinking and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to perform individual responsibilities with little supervision as well as to work as a part of a team with common, coordinated responsibilities and objectives
  • Possess solid oral and written communication skills and be willing to initiate interaction with other organizations
  • Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Have proficiency in an Accounting Software package, preferably Netsuite 
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)

Tanggungjawab

The Accounting Manager reports to the Corporate Controller and is responsible for overseeing accounting operations across multiple business units. This role also provides leadership and supervision to the Finance Shared Services team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all accounting transactions are recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards and local compliance requirements
  • Own key areas of the monthly and annual close process
  • Ensure timely completion of reconciliations and variance analyses
  • Analyze financial information to evaluate operating performance and prepare internal management reports as needed
  • Review monthly financial reporting packages for accuracy and completeness
  • Review company purchases and payment requests, coordinating with local Accounts Payable to ensure proper approvals
  • Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures across all business units
  • Ensure consistent application of policies across entities and regions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Review tax and accounting audit reports, labor audit reports, government subsidy applications, and licensing requirements
  • Manage and review stock-based compensation accounting and expense recognition
  • Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts
  • Ensure intercompany expenses are properly tracked and billed
  • Oversee lease administration and related accounting
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate members of the Finance Shared Services team
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned
