Requirements

For Experienced Candidates:

  • Minimum 5 years of accounting experience 
  • Strong hands-on experience managing full set of accounts

For Fresh Graduates:

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High attention to detail and sense of responsibility 
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable handling accounting tasks without formal training.

Important: This role requires candidates to be independent and hands-on. Formal training will not be provided.

General:

  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel 
  • Strong sense of integrity and confidentiality 
  • Organised, reliable, and proactive 

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with online banking platforms.
  • Ability to speak Tagalog is a plus.

Part-Time Accounts Executive (2 Days/Week)

About the Role

Waimin Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day financial operations.

This role is best suited for candidates who are able to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and ensure accuracy in financial processes with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full set of accounts and daily bookkeeping. 
  • Handle accounts payable and supplier payments. 
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow. 
  • Prepare and process online payments. 
  • Maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation. 
  • Assist with month-end closing and reporting. 
  • Support finance and administrative matters as required. 
  • Handle basic statutory and compliance-related tasks. 
  • Support personal expense management and payment processing for the Director and shareholders (as required).
