Responsibilities
· Managing organizational sales bydeveloping a business plan that covers sales, revenueand expense controls.
·Responsiblefor Sales & Business Development including new account development
· Meetingplanned sales goals.
· Achievedaily targeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions
· Meetminimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
·Trackingsales goals and reporting results as necessary.
·Overseeingthe activities and performance of the sales team.
· Requireworking beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is required bythe Management
·Coordinatingwith marketing on lead generation.
· The ongoingtraining of your salespeople.
·Developingyour sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledgeeducation.
·Promotingthe organization and products.
·Understandour ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
·Relationshipbuilding with new and existing customers.
· Providebusiness development and strategic insight into specific market segments designatedby upper management.
Requirementsandskills
- Any Degree/EquivalentEducation with rich relevant experience
·Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization and provenability to build strong professional relationships.
· Highlyorganized and able to multi-task
· Provenexperience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.
·Systematicapproach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.
·Analyticaltendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to get thebest results possible.
