Job Description

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the sales admin team.
  • Assist in preparing invoices, reports, documents, and internal records.
  • Support coordination of meetings, schedules, and internal communications.
  • Maintain filing systems, databases, and office documentation.
  • Assist with basic operation and procurement administrative tasks when required.
  • Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties.


Requirements:

  • Degree student in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Internship duration 5-month and above is preferable.
  • Willing to work at Glenmarie, Shah Alam area.
