Role Description

• Welcome and assist patients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a friendly and comfortable environment.
• Manage patient registration, appointments, and scheduling using the clinic's management system.
• Handle patient inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing accurate information and assistance.
• Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during patient consultations and minor procedures.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms by cleaning and sterilizing equipment and instruments.
• Manage patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing inventory of medical supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the clinic to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Assist with billing, payment processing, and insurance claims where necessary.
