Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kelana Jaya. As a Training Operations Executive, you will support the smooth execution of training programmes conducted by both internal and external trainers. You will coordinate with clients, trainers, participants, and venues to ensure high-quality programme delivery and excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities include managing training operations and administration, ensuring compliance with SIDC, FIMM, and HRD Corp requirements, providing support for Doshu users and training participants, coordinating training logistics and materials, assisting in the development of training directories, sourcing suitable trainers, and supporting the Group’s overall operations when required.
