Responsibilities:

• Assist with other HR-related duties as assigned.
• Assist in recruitment activities, onboarding, and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth integration.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases accurately.
• Handle HR administrative tasks, including attendance tracking, leave management, reports, and filing.
• Conduct research on HR policies, labour laws, and HR best practices when required.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events.

Requirements:

• Degree students in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
