Full Time Legal - Compliance Executive (Manufacturing) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Selangor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Draft, review and negotiate various type of commercial agreements, including service agreements, hire purchase agreements, non-disclosure agreements, memorandum of understanding, joint venture agreements, rental agreements, employment agreements, etc.
• Experience in employment related laws, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, OSHA (if any), F&M Act (if any), etc.
• Manage overall employee relations and employment-related legal matters, ensuring compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
• Handle business contract-related matters, including reviewing commercial agreements and ensuring alignment with legal and company policy requirements.
• Assist in the preparation, drafting, and review of legal documents, content, and internal prompts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation to ensure legal accuracy, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on corporate, commercial, and operational matters.
• Develop and maintain clear legal documentation, processes, and internal guidelines for content creation and legal review workflows.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives.
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance policies.
• Identify potential legal risks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement preventive and corrective measures.
• Regularly review and monitor the implementation of legal standards to ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support internal audits, compliance reviews, and risk management initiatives as required.

To be successful in this role:

• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification is mandatory.
• Certificate in Legal Practice (CLP) or admission to the Malaysian Bar is an added advantage.
• Candidates with experience in transactional law, contract drafting, corporate or commercial matters, or in-house legal roles are highly encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with relevant legal internship or practical legal experience are welcome to apply.
