We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Planning Executive to join our After Sales Division. In this role, you will support the development and execution of strategic after sales initiatives that promote Honda’s services and products — driving customer satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly service planning activities in line with company objectives.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of the dealers and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Gather and analyze market and dealer information through surveys and field visits to strengthen dealer operations.
- Prepare reports, data, and materials to support internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance service operations and customer experience.
- Provide guidance to junior staff, ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures.
- Implement initiatives that improve customer satisfaction, retention, and brand loyalty toward Honda services.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in service planning, after sales, or related field (preferably in the automotive industry).
- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Able to travel.
- Willing to work in Kota Damansara.
