Responsibilities
1. To upkeep and maintain proper record for the office equipment such as landed phone system, mobile phones, security card, staff uniform, stationery and other.
2. To be responsible for the building maintenance and company motor vehicles maintenance.
3. To ensure appropriate insurance coverage for the company’s properties and equipment.
4. To monitor the administrative expenses of the company(example): stationeries, sundries, vehicles maintenance, and office equipment maintenance.
5. To coordinate on company, ensuring on time renewal/applicants
6. To maintain systematic and complete documentation and filling system
7. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
8. Provide counseling on policies and procedures
9. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
10. Create and implement effective on boarding plans
11. Develop training and development programs
12. Assist in performance management processes
13. Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
14. Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
15. Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
16. Ensure timely and accuracy of payroll processing for each month
17. Check & review for employees monthly expenses claim, overtime.
18. Do payroll report, production & labor cost report
19. Utilize company resources to arrange trainings/awareness to achieve relevant legal compliance in relation ESH
20. Coordinate with EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) department for audits, inspections and incident investigations.
Pay: From RM5,500.00 per month
