Full Time Executive Training - Development Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in SME Aerospace Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description:

• Assist in coordinating employee training programs, schedules, and attendance records
• Prepare training materials, forms, and documentation
• Liaise with internal departments and external training providers for training arrangements
• Update training database, competency records, and HRD Corp claims documentation
• Support onboarding / orientation programs for new hires
• Collect training feedback and assist in preparing reports
• Monitor employee training completion and certification validity
• Perform other duties assigned by superior

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource / Business / Education / related field
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience in HR / Training administration is an added advantage
• Experience in manufacturing training program development is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
