Job Summary:
To oversee, control and ensure efficient operation of system in Sales Department and planning delivery schedules with customer.
Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinate and support Sales Clerk in case of any issues related to Sales ordering and Invoicing.
- To support Marketing in checking the condition of the existing customer.
- To update reports of any discrepancies or issue that may adversely affect the function of the Sales Department.
- To monitor SCM (Supply Chain Management results as to avoid short lead time order issue to factory and keep good delivery performance to the Customer.
- To monitor PO (Purchase Order) issue to factory comparing to the customer demand (Sales Order & Forecast). This is to avoid Dead Stock for FG (Finished Good) or Material.
- To prepare New Item Registration form to register in MAPS
- To follow up New Item progress and delivery (will be liaising with Marketing, Engineering, Planner and production).
- To monitor and control Old Purchase Order to Factory such as Old FG (Finished Good) that exceed 6 months.
- Sales admin as a window for Resales factory (TCT, TDH, TCC, TDC, TMR)
- Plan visit customer within / according schedule planned
- To monitor order intake against sales plan vs BP by weekly.
- To prepare Inhouse/Subcon chase list for delivery schedule.
- To prepare CN & DN to customer. (if needed)
- To match FG physical inventory against MAPS system.
- To do booking for shipment with logistics (Truck/Vessel/Air shipment)
- To prepare packing list, label, barcode/marking/delivery note & pass to warehouse.
- To prepare form for selling price / buying price change information.
- To prepare form for inventory adjustment.
- To do booking material & send to purchasing (if needed)
- To follow up payment with customer.
- To monitor & response email received
- To liaise with QA & planner if have any quality issues for finish goods.
- Other relevant tasks as per assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any Business related course
- Fresh Graduates / 1 - 2 years experience
- Good in Microsoft Office especially in Excel
- Able to speak, read & write in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to work independently & as a team
- Good communication skill
- Experience in supply chain / operation management is an added advantage
