FOREMAN

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and record workers’ daily site activities and ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and schedule.

2. Coordinate and direct site labour, subcontractors, and resources efficiently.

3. Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

4. Report site progress, issues, and delays to Project Manager or Senior Engineer.

5. Ensure proper maintenance of site records, tools, and equipment.

6. Enforce all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the QESH (Quality, Environment, Safety & Health) management system.

7. Assist in resolving on-site problems and provide guidance to site workers.

8. Perform any other duties as may be reasonably assigned by the Company.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
