Job responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various communication channels (phone, email, chat and social media).
• Address customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a courteous and empathetic manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and offer appropriate solutions to customers.
• Assist doctor with aesthetic procedures and services
• Provide excellent client services
• Ensure client satisfaction and comfort during the treatment
• Prepare treatment room and equipment
• Maintain hygiene of clinic, treatment room and equipment

Job requirements

• Proven experience in customer service is preferred.
• Working experience in a clinic will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and best practices for engagement will be an advantage
• Attention to detail and time management skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.
