Full Time E-Commerce Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Mykori Holdings Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Handle and manage online marketplaces such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, Website, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Manage daily e-commerce operations including product listings, SKU updates, pricing changes, sales order synchronization, banner updates, and inventory monitoring.
• Coordinate and oversee order fulfilment activities including order processing, picking, packing, and delivery arrangements to ensure accurate and timely delivery to customers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, requests, complaints, and after-sales support.
• Plan, execute, monitor, and analyse online campaigns, promotional activities, and marketplace performance in line with company marketing strategies and KPIs.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct stock reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy and minimize stock shortages.
• Prepare reports and analyse online sales and marketing performance to support continuous business improvement.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Commerce, Advertising, or related field.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Previous experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role is preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
• Required skills: Product Management, Consumer Marketing, and knowledge in Equipment/Cameras.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
