LocationKuala Lumpur
The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Identify key operational gaps / improvement opportunities for SPX Xpress' delivery operations (eg. productivity, average delivery times)
- Design and project manage initiatives to be implemented across all the hubs in Malaysia
- Analyse data and results, identify opportunities for improvement
- Develop dashboards and tools as required
- Prepare proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Strong analytical mindset and be comfortable working with data
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, attentive to details and adaptable to changes
- Preferably familiar with the last mile delivery process
- Advantage if willing to travel to hubs within Malaysia
