Description
- Execute end‑to‑end R2R activities (journal entries, month‑end close, reporting, reconciliations) accurately and within SLA timelines, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including Desktop Task Procedures (DTPs) and supporting reference materials.
- Act as a key contact for R2R queries, providing timely issue resolution for internal stakeholders, auditors, and cross‑functional teams while meeting KPIs and service expectations.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and support financial reporting and consolidation activities, ensuring adherence to governance and compliance requirements.
- Proactively identify and drive process improvements, including automation, standardisation, and support for transitions or system implementations.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders, participate in operational meetings, and take ownership of KPIs to deliver consistent, high‑quality outcomes.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; knowledge of IFRS is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance and accounting, with strong exposure to General Ledger and R2R activities.
- Proficient in MS Office; working experience with SAP ECC (or other ERP systems) is highly advantageous.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and accuracy in execution.
- Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Highly organised, patient, and disciplined in managing tasks and deadlines.
