  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the medical device industry.
  • Basic understanding of medical device regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in developing marketing materials and supporting product marketing activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate insights.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for marketing events, product training, or customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The Product Marketing Executive will support the development and execution of marketing strategies for the company’s medical device portfolio. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Product Development, Sales, and Regional Marketing teams to support product positioning, market analysis, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical device marketing and possess strong analytical and communication skills to help drive market growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans and strategies for assigned medical device products.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Work closely with product development and regulatory teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect product features and comply with industry regulations.
  • Develop and coordinate marketing materials including brochures, presentations, product training materials, and digital content.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and promotional events.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide product knowledge, marketing tools, and support to improve market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness.
  • Maintain and update product information, marketing documentation, and marketing databases.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal stakeholders, distributors, and industry partners.
  • Support regional marketing activities and provide coordination for cross-functional initiatives when required.
