About the Role

• Create new policies, send out renewals, and manage policy documentation.
• Update policyholder information such as addresses changes, coverage adjustments, etc.
• Ensure policy documents comply with legal regulations and company standards.
• Respond to policyholder queries.

What We Are Looking For

• Has experience doing policy processing.
• Has good Microsoft Excel skills including advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP.
