About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated professionals to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur.

As an Operations Support Executive, you will support US-based insurance clients by handling end-to-end operational tasks, ensuring high accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction in an international environment.***This is a permanent, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow standard workflows, interpret client requirements accurately and handle full-cycle insurance tasks in English systems (policy data extraction, verification, entry, modification, etc.).
• Meet task deadlines and track time precisely; conduct proactive quality checks, identify process issues and drive solutions to meet quality and efficiency standards.
• Communicate with clients via professional English emails, respond promptly to client requests and resolve problems quickly to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Diploma degree or above
• Fluent English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Strong learning ability and sense of responsibility
• Quality-oriented and highly accurate in work delivery

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: RM 3,000 – RM 4,500 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.
