Full Time Internship For People Generalist Jobs, in Forest Interactive Federal Territory - Maukerja

Forest Interactive is a MSC Status company which enables global wireless solutions for enterprises and merchants who want to benefit from the mobile channel by delivering services aimed at generating revenues, improving business efficiency and proactively managing relationships with their customers through personalized interaction. We experiment with Mobile Applications on SMS, MMS, USSD, WAP and similar platforms. Our messaging platform offers merchants end-to-end wireless solutions to communicate with, deliver content to and manage transactions with over 1.1 billion mobile subscribers globally. We are currently conducting interviews for any young and creative candidates to join our growing team. 

Job Description 

• Disciplinary procedures/handling; 
• Prepare company policies if necessary 
• Daily/Monthly attendance checking and report; 
• Assisting in off-boarding (Exit management) process for leavers; 
• Office administrative matters; 
• Handle and organize event for company (Staff Entertainment, Sport, Birthday, festive celebration etc.) 
• Work closely with the team 
• Other ad hoc matters as and when required. 
• Assisting in intern matters (attendance, allowance report, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding 
• Do poster/infographic on the related matters  

Job Requirement 

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Secretarial, Mass Communication, English Communication, Psychology, Office Management or equivalent; 
• Required language(s): English 
• Applicants must be willing to work in KL area; 
• Familiar with Canva or any creative related is a plus. 
• Duration of 3 months - 6 months
