Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Prepare official authorization letters based on management instructions.

  • Handle and manage application, renewal and upgrading of UPKJ, CIDB, SPKK, PPK and STB.

  • Ensure all company licenses and permits are up to date to avoid operational disruptions.

  • Keep accurate records of company machinery including green card status and equipment location.

  • Tender
    1) Tender Documentation & Compilation
    - prepare, compile and organize all tender documents in accordance with client
    - ensure completeness, accuracy and compliance of submitted documents
    - handle formatting, binding and submission
    - maintain organized filing system for all tender documents (digital and physical)
    - archive past tenders for reference
    - set reminder for tender briefing/site visit in Google Meeting

    2) Bill of Quantities (BQ) Handling
    - Extract and transfer BQ details into Excel format for pricing and analysis
    - Ensure data accuracy

    3) Liaison & Coordination
    - Coordinate with license holders, subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotations and required documents.
    - Follow up on pricing, technical details and supporting documentation
