Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Administrative Assistant to support our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the Corporate Secretarial division, including the preparation, maintenance, and updating of documentation, filing systems, and administrative records, to support effective and efficient departmental operations under the guidance of the supervisor.

  • Perform additional administrative tasks and ad hoc assignments as required to support departmental needs.

  • Attend general meetings physically to carry out scrutineering duties as assigned by the supervisor.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all work-related information, documents, and matters at all times.

  • Must possess basic understanding of databases and working knowledge in office computer system or applications.

  • Must be organized, great attention to detail, dateline oriented.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Experience with data entry or similar roles is preferred

  • Familiarity with basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Sheets)

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • May need to support some physical event

Work Environment:

  • Working days: Monday -Friday
