Job Description

  • Assist with day-to-day operation for the Administration function and duties.

  • Assist in office utilities and inventories including pantry.

  • Answering phones, managing mail, greeting visitors, and maintaining office equipment and supplies.

  • Assist in prepared and cleanliness of meeting room including entire office housekeeping

  • Acting as a liaison between departments, clients, and vendors.

  • Responsible to order and record office stationery.

  • Responsible to office machines such as photocopiers and computers. 

Requirement

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field.

  • At least 1 - 2 year working experience in related field.

  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office i.e Excel, Word, Power Point

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks.

  • Possess positive work attitude, result driven, independent, must be well organized & self-motivated and a good team player.

  • Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply.
