About the role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our client servicing and sales operations in Kuching. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Provide administrative support to sales and client servicing team
Handle client documentation and follow up on submissions
Manage appointments, schedules, and basic coordination
Maintain accurate client records and data
Assist in preparing simple reports and documents
Handle general office administrative tasks
At least 1 year of admin experience (insurance/financial services is a plus)
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication skills and positive working attitude
