Responsibilities

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Designer to help shape the visual identity of 20dB across digital, retail, and brand touchpoints. If you have a strong eye for design, enjoy telling stories through visuals, and are excited about exploring both traditional and AI-powered creative tools, this could be a great fit for you. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to bring ideas to life through meaningful visuals that elevate our brand, build trust, and connect with people—from social media to in-store experiences.

 What You’ll Be Doing

 •         Creating high-quality visual assets for campaigns, social media, digital platforms, and in-store branding, aligned with our brand guidelines

•         Turning marketing briefs into engaging and visually compelling designs that connect with our audience

•         Managing end-to-end design execution, including layout, typography, colour, and overall visual direction

•         Working closely with marketing, social media, retail, and digital teams to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand story

•         Exploring and using AI tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or Adobe Firefly to support creative ideas and production

•         Supporting product and campaign launches with strong key visuals (KVs) and supporting materials

•         Maintaining and evolving our brand’s visual identity across all touchpoints

•         Keeping design files organised, accessible, and ready for production

What We’re Looking For

 •         Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field

•         3–5 years of relevant design experience in an agency or in-house environment

•         A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, and/or motion design work (AI-assisted work is a plus)

•         Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Figma

•         Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, or Adobe Firefly

•         A good eye for layout, composition, colour, and brand storytelling

•         The ability to manage multiple projects while staying organised and meeting deadlines
