Full Time Admin Assistant Jobs, in Firmus Financial Selangor - Maukerja

We are a Financial Adviser and Financial Planning firm approved by Bank Negara Malaysia and licensed by Securities Commission. We are currently in expansion state and looking for right candidate to be in our sales administrative support team.

Job’s Description:

• Record, maintain, and generate monthly business report (using existing system).

• Filing and updating relevant forms and brochures in the internal e-mini library.

• Communicate with Financial Advisers/Planners and Providers (Insurances/Takaful/Fund Management Companies and etc.) for new business and operation requirements.

• Assist with meetings and event preparation.

• General office administration tasks such as scheduling document delivery, collection, answering phone calls, attending to inquiries, etc.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree. 

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. 

• On-the-job training will be provided.

• Working experience in a related field will be an advantage.

• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point & Word)

• Possesses good initiative, strong follow-up skills, is responsible and well-organized.

• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to start work immediately is preferred.
