Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnosing complex mechanical failures and performance bottlenecks across high-speed blending, filling & packing line.
- Analyze machine breakdowns and identify root causes during production operations.
- Coordinate with maintenance team for repair, preventive maintenance and improvement activities.
- Support production supervisor and line leader in solving technical issue.
- Propose improvement solutions for machine reliability, process efficiency, safety and provide technical explanations for machine related problem.
- Overseeing the installation and commissioning of new machinery, ensuring seamless integration into existing flow.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing/ production environment.
- Must have hands-on experience dealing directly with machine troubleshooting, maintenance coordination and reporting to management.
