Qualifications & Experience

  • Must be a Malaysian citizen.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 to 3 years of working experience in an HR role is preferred, though promising juniors are welcome to apply.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

  • Familiarity with the Malaysian Employment Act 1955 and current labor market regulations.
  • Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for claim calculations and data management.
  • Strong understanding of statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.

Soft Skills & Qualities

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage payroll and documentation without errors.
  • High level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
  • Proactive communication skills to support team members and resolve internal queries with a helpful attitude.

Responsibilities

Employment & People Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end employment lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, to help us provide a seamless experience for every new joiner.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation so that we can ensure full compliance with Malaysian labor laws at all times.

Payroll & Financial Administration

  • Execute precise salary claim calculations and monthly payroll processing, allowing you to ensure that every team member is paid accurately and on time for their hard work.
  • Handle statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, and EIS, while managing staff claims and allowances to keep our financial records transparent.

Compliance & Staff Relations

  • Oversee matters related to staff misconduct and grievances by conducting proper inquiries, helping us maintain a high standard of professional integrity across the board.
  • Update and implement HR policies and employee handbooks so that we can clearly communicate our shared expectations and support our team effectively.
