Requirements

  • Ideally, minimum 1-3 years work experience in either sales, telemarketing/ telesales, business development, customer service, clerical & administrative work or office management. 
  • Prior experience in Sales and track record in delivering on revenue targets is an advantage!

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are looking for a disciplined, self-starting professional to manage our front-line operations. This is a dual-impact role: you will be the primary navigator for our sales inquiries and the steward of our office environment. We value direct communication and the ability to work without constant supervision. If you take pride in “owning” your results and prefer a highly-autonomous environment, this role is designed for you. 

Key Responsibilities


1_Lead Management & Conversion

  • Inquiry Ownership: You will be the first point of contact for all incoming Sales leads via Pinkcollar's WhatsApp, phone, and email. You are expected to manage these conversations decisively, moving prospects through our qualification process with efficiency.
  • Proactive Follow-ups: We don’t wait for our leads to go cold. You will manage the follow-up cycle independently, ensuring every query is resolved or transitioned to the next stage of the sales funnel.
  • Data Integrity: You will maintain our lead database with precision, ensuring all interactions are documented and actionable.

2_Office Administration & Professional Reception

  • Front-of-House Stewardship: You will manage the reception experience for all visitors (clients, workers & partners), ensuring our brand is represented with professional authority and warmth.
  • Operational Oversight: You will take full responsibility for the office environment. This includes managing vendor relationships, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the workspace is consistently functional and professional.
  • Administrative Flow: You will oversee essential administrative tasks—from documentation to stock management—anticipating needs for our office before they become urgent.
