Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations
• Ensure consistent quality of coconut-based beverages (including pure coconut water, coconut special blends, etc.)
• Maintain high service standards and hygiene compliance with local Singapore food safety regulations.
• Lead the team to meet sales targets; handle recruitment, training, and performance management of staff.
• Manage inventory control, reduce material waste, address customer feedback proactively, and report operational updates to headquarters regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (experienced managers may be exempt);
• 3+ years of store management experience in F&B/beverage industry, familiar with local industry regulations.
• Strong leadership, resilience, and execution skills.
