We’re looking for a creative go-getter who lives and breathes social media trends — someone who can spot a viral moment before it happens. As a Marketing Executive, you’ll be the brain behind our Telegram and TikTok strategies, crafting content that keeps our audiences talking, sharing, and coming back for more.

If you’re the type who scrolls through TikTok for “research” and knows exactly what gets people to click that share button — we want you.

What You’ll Do

• Spot trends like a hawk — research what’s hot on Telegram, TikTok, and beyond, then turn insights into fun, shareable content strategies
• Plan and create engaging content across all platforms daily— think eye-catching graphics, short-form videos, memes, polls, and cheeky Telegram blasts that people actually want to read
• Bring campaigns to life — brainstorm, produce, and schedule content that aligns with our clients’ goals while keeping things fresh and exciting
• Track & optimise — monitor campaign performance, analyse what’s working, and tweak strategies for maximum engagement and channel growth
• Experiment and innovate — test new digital trends, tools, and formats that push creative boundaries (AI-generated memes? TikTok series? Let’s go.)
• Keep our digital presence sharp — continuously review and update content across all channels to make sure everything’s on-brand and on-point
• Collaborate with brands and the team to ideate, execute, and grow impactful content marketing campaigns that drive real buzz online
• KPIs & Channel Growth- Meet content production (Telegram, Instagram and TikTok etc) KPIs and channel growth KPIs
• Face of Company - Represent the Company on screen and in person for media invites, events and projects

Requirements:

• Have a strong creative knack for writing and creating content (Telegram, TikTok & Instagram) that hooks people
• Know your way around Telegram channels, TikTok, and Instagram
• Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Are self-motivated, meticulous, organised, and a great team player
• Understand the Singapore marketing landscape and what gets local audiences talking
• Resourceful and independent in coming up with content ideas
• Reliable, good work ethics and good record for meeting KPI
• You’ve got 2 yrs of relevant experience and well versed in Canva, Capcut or Adobe Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Comfortable and lively on camera.
